Gerrit Schulze is a partner at our law firm and is licensed in the State of Texas. Mr. Schulze focuses on civil and commercial litigation, directing a majority of his practice to business-related law.
Mr. Schulze believes that the most vital part of legal representation is to build a relationship based on mutual trust by putting the client first. Prior to joining The Texas Suits, Mr. Schulze was a partner at Shumway Van. He received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law and his Bachelor of Business from New Mexico State University.
Mr. Schulze in actively involved in the non-profit community in San Antonio. He spends his free time volunteering with a non-profit to help raise money and awareness for effective, non-toxic cancer treatments.
Mr. Schulze was born in the United States and spent his early years living in Germany. While he considers Texas his home, Mr. Schulze is proud to maintain dual citizenship. Mr. Schulze is trilingual with native fluency in German and English, and most conversational Spanish. As a first generation American, the son of German immigrants, Mr. Schulze understands the complexities of the law and the value of the freedom it allows us to experience in the United States.

Keaton Frieberg is a partner at Texas Suits and is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Mr. Frieberg focuses on both real estate and business law.
Prior to obtaining his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico, Mr. Frieberg founded a landscaping company which conducted business in the Albuquerque greater metropolitan area. Eventually, Mr. Frieberg moved to the great state of Texas where he attended and graduated from St. Mary’s School of Law. After law school, he continued his entrepreneurial journey when he started two more companies, one in the service industry, and the other, a product line to aid law students with their studies.
Mr. Frieberg volunteers his time at the local high schools in San Antonio as a mentor for the “Shark Tank” style class that prepares students for the process of becoming a startup. He is an avid real estate investor and a member of organizations such as Bigger Pockets, and Real Wealth Network. Mr. Frieberg is a travel enthusiast. He enjoys boating and water sports as well as spending winter days on various ski slopes throughout New Mexico and Colorado.

Steven Sanchez is a partner at Texas Suits and is licensed to practice in the State of Texas. Mr. Sanchez focuses on litigation, estate planning, and probate.
He received his Bachelor's from St. Mary’s University, and obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s School of Law. While in law school he was on the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, interned for San Antonio Board of Realtors’ General Counsel, and worked for the Bexar County District Court Staff Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Sanchez was born and raised in the great city of San Antonio, Texas. In his youth, he obtained the rank of Eagle Scout and has continued his dedication to service and leadership within his community.

James Morton is a partner at Texas Suits and is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
Mr. Morton received his Bachelor’s from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio. Originally from McAllen, Mr. Morton grew up in Central Texas in the now booming town of Dripping Springs. After finishing his undergraduate degree in Virginia, he remained on the East Coast for several years managing political campaigns before returning home to Texas and embarking on his legal career.

Shanna Schulze is a transactional attorney who is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
She brings business and cultural diversity to Texas Suits as a 7th generation West Texas rancher, former sports apparel business owner, wellness advocate, and attorney.
Mrs. Schulze gained significant legal experience by developing and growing Massage Heights Franchising’s legal department as its Corporate Counsel, and later, doing the same for TGP Franchising (The Gents Place franchise brand). Mrs. Schulze continues to provide these franchise brands, as well as others, corporate and franchise-related legal services.
Additionally, Shanna is the Executive Director of So Live, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to conquering cancer and promoting a higher quality of life. She takes pride in her country roots and city branches, and is always willing to take on new challenges.

Sean is originally from New Jersey. Though he was not born here, he got here as fast as he could. He focuses his practice primarily on civil litigation.
He received his bachelor's from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. He obtained both his Doctorate of Jurisprudence and his Master's of Business Administration from St. Mary's University simultaneously. While in law school, Sean interned with Acelity's in-house counsel, a multibillion-dollar corporation. Prior to joining Texas Suits, Sean primarily focused on family law and debt collection cases.
When he is not practicing law, Sean enjoys spending time with his better half, two kids, and two cats. If there is anytime left over, he also enjoys watching sports and attending concerts.

Kayla Guajardo was born and raised on the Southern border of Texas. After earning her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, she attended the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, she provided pro-bono legal representation to entrepreneurs and artists in Texas while studying Entertainment Law, and she served the Houston community providing representation for individuals in the areas of Family Law and Probate.
As a first generation Latina lawyer, Kayla understands the importance of simplifying the legal process and making it accessible to clients from all walks of life. At Texas Suits, Kayla works closely with Texas consumers, focusing on consumer protection civil litigation. She also works with landlords, business startups, and real estate investors, assisting the firm in providing transactional legal services in the areas of Real Estate and Business Law.
Kayla spends her free time traveling, attending concerts, and exploring the city of San Antonio. When she is not at the office, you will probably find her somewhere on a beach!
